Welcome to Chat007 ("we," "our," "service," or "Chat007"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Chat007 that governs your use of our services.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Chat007 is a global conversation channel aggregation system that allows users to manage messages across multiple social media platforms, perform real-time translation, and use multi-account management and other features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service or any part of it at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain aspects of our services, you may need to create an account. You confirm that all registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update this information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any term or spirit of this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or encourage or enable others to do so.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
• Use our services to send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional materials.
• Distribute malware or use our services for any form of phishing or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or user experience of our services.
• Use our services for any illegal or harmful activities.

If you become aware of any user behavior that violates these terms, please inform us through our contact channels.

4. Intellectual Property

Our services and all their content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, and logos, are the property of Chat007 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not grant you the right to use our name, logo, trademarks, or service marks unless expressly stated in this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our services without our prior express written permission.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any third-party content that you may access while using our services. You use or rely on such third-party content at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of our services may require a paid subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge you according to your selected subscription plan.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise specified in this Agreement. However, if you believe your account has been charged in error, please contact our customer support.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of the current paid period. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will provide advance notice before implementing any price changes.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the services will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or cost of procuring substitute services) arising from the use of or inability to use our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in connection with your use of our services, or if you have not paid any amounts, 100 Singapore Dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third party rights.

10. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our services and closing your account.

If you or we terminate your access to the services, we may delete any content or information in your account, and we shall have no liability to you for such deletion.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

Continued use of our services after the posting of modified terms constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should stop using our services immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be resolved first through amicable negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore, although we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where you reside or conduct business.

13. General Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals relating to such use.

13.2 Waiver and Severability

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13.3 Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance of our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, telecommunication or network provider failures.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign this Agreement.

13.5 Language

The original language of this Agreement is Chinese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese version and any translated version of this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
